The “Barrister Kamal Uddin & Associates” one of the corporate law chamber in Bangladesh is seeking application from competent, dynamic, dedicated and self motivated individuals to fill up the following position:
(i) Major Responsibilities:
- The selected person shall be competent to draft all kind of Plaint, Written Statement and Legal Notice.
- The selected person must have sound Knowledge of Artha Rin Adalat Ain 2003, The Negotiable instruments Act, 1881 and other relevant Civil Cases.
- To monitor all cases related to land management in different courts and offices including Mutation of land and misc cases.
- To assist in vetting various agreement.
- To Consult with the Client and Banks.
(ii) Educational Qualification:
- The selected person must be an Advocate of Dhaka Judge Court.
- LL.B (Hons.) and L.L.M with a CGPA- 3.00 out of 4.00 or Higher 2nd Class
Minimum CGPA- 4.00 or 1st Division in S.S.C & H.S.C (50% marks in English is must)
(iii)Age: Not exceeding 35
(iv) Job Location: Nayapaltan, Dhaka
(v) Additional Requirement
1. Minimum four years Court Practice in the relevant field.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla (both oral & written).
3. Computer literacy and expertise in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point is essential.
4. Good analytical ability.
5. Must have adequate knowledge on professional code of conduct of Lawyer.
