At the very early age of civilization, human being was not that much ambitious and destined to ply in the career building horizon like open sky. But for now, the touchstone like rosy career placing has become great fashion, demand of the century as well. With the rapid expansion of information technological flow in every knock & corner of the world, except developing countries, we all good career placing expectants are more on less anxious and/ or supposed to give it a good look for the sake of shutting up the winning windows of career up, in respect of individual caliber and whole hearted efforts, that will, in course of time, ascertain the good governance of every inch of the world at the same time, be able to snatch the destined crown of the ending laugh of winning of success. Present world is much more challenging to suit and place for someone without a sound and well-through updated version of knowledge acquiring.
With this fear, we need not to go retreated as the defeated soldier. In the past, people were, in fact, in quest of managing square meal and the livelihood expenses. But in the demand of shaping any individual’s career, now-a –days, we understand the inner significance and importance to change us in particular to bind ourselves in accordance with our goal oriented position. And with this understanding, we did not keep our efforts stopped to avail that. A material factor is that, when planning and aiming to win over any rocky job and adventure, we very often get charmed and retreated from the set career mission triggering. Even though trend like this is, in fact, not a good sign for us, if we want to notice and title as the extra-ordinary.
The increasing competition & demand of career lining up must take into account as a presumption towards an ensured future, at the same time, key tonic in its kind. According to the present circumstances, it is not hard enough to be able to get to know about assorted and concerted trying to crawl in a particular career passage. Bangladesh, including many of the developed and developing countries are sincere enough to have a diversified placement in career.
Almost problems that are penalizing us in critical way must count down only due to keeping pace with the developed nations. Side by side of being educated, we experience a hardship to get any job to get stabilize our way of living. But in fact, our country, having scarcity of job opportunities, is not being our beloved living place pursuing almost of us to leave the country. Comparing our country’s present situation, job getting is, certainly, a hotcake as millions of educated and semi educated people are beyond employment. Though getting a job and carry the day in someone’s life has no distinction, but we, the job seekers, don’t try to shape ourselves.
We run after job opportunities. But in fact, sometimes we fail to touch the ending laugh only due to the required qualities needed to win the job getting competition. It is obvious to us that career shaping has a close relation to any country’s introduced education system. There is a logic on to be convinced and pleased enough with a good, proper and classic education system, particularly in this combative career placing era. This may, in fact, be a moral word, that is, uttered by the civil society members who can be blamed for deteriorating taking part in any country’s mean and sub-standard education system.
In any round table discussion and meeting, we see those people are busy with sounding a series of moral speech and roadmap for our fate changing, but in real, we deprive from getting outcome of these cock and bull stories in the long run.
So, what we need to take as our want and demand is moral view changing trend of many people rather than running after the top level opportunities. Perhaps, it would be beyond dispute or question that methodical concentration on any issue like own quality development can in best way, place any incumbent and prestigious job expectant. Actually, what we usually, go through and study has no luminous and glittering power to our career edge. As a result, our known and acquired knowledge, sometimes, loss the efficacy and usefulness in exploring in the job market.
Traditional study, I mean, memorizing and theoretical studies may have a radical and dramatic influence on paralyzing our millions of job seekers, who are not even qualified for odd jobs having the last degree of university. Almost, private universities, in our country are just like the lawful factory of selling and producing academic certificates instead of ascertaining quality education.
Though, someone may counter the issue saying like this, the number of private university has caused the problem and it’s nothing but an increasing rumor at all. But, I don’t think so, that their feeling on the issue is true enough. From some experimented experience, it has been clarified and transparent to all that, having a private university degree is a curse and point of being insulted by conscious people rather than snatching the right job from a well secured job volt. Really, it is a mere fashion for now to get admitted into mushroomed like private university (except a few) which don’t have any headache to transact the super high quality education opt for fighting with competitions, to their students. Reason of this, a great part of job seekers of these days are disappointed enough about their fate and running after opportunities, forgetting thousands of fault, they have made in their academic tenure.
Looking at the back, we can, need and should perceive the inner significance of not availing the opportunities in most of the cases. Reasons are many in this connection- what I want to point it out is that emotion or limitless freedom given to any students in their opted time can cause a drastic defalcation, for which, we, the job seekers are, in fact, at the gun point. No telling to say that, in this technological era, we have been more and more ambitious rather than acquiring particularized knowledge on the subjects that we must have to face in the little further.
There is no denying fact that job getting and career placing in an opt way is the demand of this age. We, randomly, feel like to utter the buzzing sound like this way that, after having our opted qualifications, we will, of course, be able to carry the day in terms of our achieved potential quality and so on, but in fact- we are being kicked out and chased away from the job market, blaming ourselves in like manner that, perhaps, we could do well and befitting having a whole lot of language proficiency that had to be availed in our academic tenure. But, the thing we experience in this era is burning enough. And civil society members are ready for showing their critical eyes and views on the increasingly impending danger like issue, which may, in fact, not be able to mitigate the existing crisis and/ or troublesome situation in wide range.
Moving our eye balls on different dailies and news bulletins, it is obvious to us and to all that, some of devil like human being have initiated and chosen an artful way of cheating like- employment advertisement and using different banner they are expanding a whole lot of cheating reign in this ultra-modern age, having no fear at all to any concerned law enforces agency(s) and/ or the local administration. It is true enough that, the existing tend to look for and run after the job and career placing once, can award a bitter experience to the millions of unemployed educated, semi- educated and technical education holder(s) as well as numerous upcoming potential job seekers who are at the gun point of not being able to any opportunity due to the increasingly skyrocketing trend of Global financial drawback and so on.
My whole-hearted view and vision, in this connection is nothing more than the ordinary people think all the time. Though concerted and effortful way of policy making on any issue can mostly lost and countdown any of uprising controversial and toxic like thing and/or idea. Before being disappointed with the job getting competition ending, we had better equip ourselves in a decorative manner that can suffice and signify us in a particular way for which we all the time hope and aspire without having any logical ground or valid reason.Some of civil society members may utter in like this way that Govt. has sole responsibility to solve out the problems in regard to employment and career placing crisis.
But I don’t feel like to say the same as because, we are the part of democratic government. So, we even hold a partial responsibility to make sure the country’s financial wheel acceleration, at the same time, boasting up the passion along with law and order situation upgrading and controlling by means of proper doses capable enough to root out the evil root and existence of top ranked and listed extortionists and law violators in no time.We know very well that united efforts and trying can mostly, mitigate and make zero any burning issue like this well- discussed job opportunities and career placing at all.From the past archives, we got to know and made out completely that job satisfaction was, in fact, a sign and symbol in the past on which we- the common people cannot rest on; only due to the mal -practicing trend of any sensitive issue leaving and violating the formal code of conduct in that connection.
To down my pen, I badly feel pleasure to avert the concerned authority’s sympathetic eye’s on the issue that has a great deal of significance in view of exceling the future drivers and governors of the state. Side by side, our untiring works and spontaneous efforts of doing and making any thing happen over here in this country can in a very good way, make headway us, giving and awarding an exemplary booming in regard to the concerned.
