Prevention-the ultimate safeguard and remedy of making any thing not to be the victim of any impending danger or any sort of life killing diseases has, in fact, a great essence in today’s world. However, throughout the world, almost countries common people and health related experts are more or less worry about the epidemic like skyrocketing impact and consequence of various health hazards like cancer, AIDS and soon. We people sometimes get perplexed whether health care facilities should be accelerated and come up more evidently or not. Though there is a great logic that only medication and treatment can never reduce the number of diseases rather it costs a lot and increases the suffering of the patient, their families and also being the burden for the country and society in most cases. Even if overnight it is tough enough to count down the number of diseases by the application of preventive measures, once we will be happy to get its taste and the success, there is no doubt Actually, in this day how a nation is disciplined and will be capable of carrying into effect in the long life, it can be predicted and realized just like an eye witness where it comes up as a reflection of the country’s healthy nation. Above all, my perception is, in real sense, for the health hazard, very beneficial and it will bring to light a luminous apex for all nations of the world. So nothing can be taken and regarded as the very best and effective mode or gateway eradicating the trend of increasingly life killing diseases. In a word, it can even be brought forward that alternative measures mostly suit our health their nation building by diminishing the potentially of millions of people’s being victim of life killing diseases, snap and its long run. Considering all well timed and broad day light like reality and consequences of suffering by assorted type of diseases, we must have to formulate the way or passage to root out and wash away the diseases from the world though we know undoubtedly it will cost and count a lot of money and time to get feedback. Almost we may say that we have huge population and this is, in fact, a great obstacle to us to proceed in the faster world. But in real sense, we are ignorant enough as because we have no care for protecting our people from different life killing dangerous diseases and even we don’t. ensure the healthy and sound nation building agenda. We jump over the sounding of false assurance and do not go for executing all sorts of this which come out from our mouth. Anyway, there is also a great room to be able to make all the people careful and aware enough of any serious diseases through different health campaign and so on both nationally and internationally. Perhaps, we forgot the theme that a disease free nation will also be clearly ahead. So why not, we do start thinking about our nation’s sound health is a root and marked question. More evidentially and specifically, I had better put here some words in this way that having health care facilities in the hospitals and government clinics, we the deprived and poor people are significantly and mercilessly out of health care services receiving. Whatever we say or go for placing in the round table discussion more in detail about the said issue-health prevention or care facilities which one would get the very and unanimous place in almost on every single mind of the countrymen. Our ultimate destination will certainly be zero nothing more than this. Needless to point it out that a lion Share of the health budget is being misappropriated wrongly in Bangladesh. Though like this situation may be found in some other countries of the world. How the people will get exact health care services is a matter of question and burning issue of this as of no doctor keeps him/her 100% present in the working station except private practice. So, alternative measuring and preventive initiative like health awareness and education can, need and should welcome for the existence of the sound nation in the coming days with more specific logic and certainty of life leading for the next generation. More sorrowful feeling is that in Bangladesh health sector is to be found the single most corrupted among others that is, in particular, like slapping on the checks of the nation and eye wash nothing else. Taking health related issues, now a day government is also stepping forward but there is a doubt whether this will come to light and carry into effect in the long run or not. By the way of prevention activities, a vast proportion of population will be safe and able to lead their life more comfortably than they were before being victim of many of life killing diseases. In deep thought and approach, it would be realistic and acceptable that time has warned us not to be waited for being infected and victim of serious diseases rather we should get ourselves well protected through different preventive activities related to health hazard issues and so on. Regardless all logic and point of view, one more point could be a very good guide line to those who are obstinate to be supporters of traditional health care services and health budget increase. It is really a door to door approach to fit individuals mind to get aware of the bad consequence of some diseases. However, health care and instant treatment is essential, but it does not mean that we all the time will have to be rest on this form. As because we need to be more constructive in this day. Wherever we find out and can adapt any rule of making a nation completely sound, there we must gather the way of this. Like this, side by side different methodical approaches of prevention activities, health care education should be made mandatory in the national curriculum from the primary level. We also need to stage many of awareness seminars, symposiums and workshop related to the health care and awareness matters. Beside this, individually, having started our campaign and commitment that we will at least make a person aware of life killing diseases and its consequence, then the question of difficulties of this process will be vitiated at all. Though some one may not welcome our way or approach primarily, we will have to speed up it in full swing in every four walls of the Globe. I should place here another logic that preventive measures are permanent remedy, though it may take time and a good sign of this is that it has no scope of money or fund misappropriation. But in fact, if we avert our view we will surely notice that there is a competition of being the very best and artful corrupted in the health care section having a little bit monitoring of the Health sectors DG and/or Ministry and the government whatsoever. Though we know very well that word brings word, I am not being able to stop and down my pen hereby because country’s financial backbone or wheel will be faster and strengthen only if we can realize the inner significance of applying the preventive measures to ensure a better and sound nation kicking out the traditional and fragile painful way of health care diverting the budget from health sector to health education and preventive measures. No telling to say that, in the upcoming century, we dream to be the part of developed world. So, we should make up date our every knock and corner of health policy and health care services keeping compliance with the changeable health and mostly variable world’s health hazard related policies. Unless we do believe that prevention is an effective way or dose of proper eradication and remedy of not being the victim of life killing diseases snap, we will have to count a lot of bad and too much worse and uncertain future that a progressive country or its countrymen should not foster in their mind.
A very good approach and thought to alleviate most of the deadly diseases from the country and world is, in particular, to stand against the line of being treated by modern (so-called) mode of health care, by showing a great deal of initiatives to be taken in the best way for assuring the permanent passage of making. the nation disease-free in the long run.
Really, my statement and saying in regard to the preventive activity has a good volume and range to make help the exact and ultimate care and healing of their lives.
A wonderful and most effective approach may be for sincere diversion process of the budget and money to be used in a very specific way counted and taken into consideration because health care facilities and others are not being available in every four walls of the world.
Apart from this, corruption and its snap is amounted as the very rigid and backward trend of this sub-continent particularly in Bangladesh. On the other hand, what I should say here is that lack of monitoring and looking after of the all concerns cannot bring a good and very satisfactory situation of health sector. To me, it is more relevant to point out that appropriate usages of budget can be a main-stream for welcoming a fruitful and successful health care service and sector in case of our country though it is also applicable for all over the world. Anyway, one thing we should keep in mind that has a range of value to wash away the stigma of failure from the health sector. My more specific and evident finding on the issue could be sufficient enough to guide any individual to be active in ensuring the health preventive measures. In most of the cases, patients ignore and overlook the disorder of any diseases at the primary level which results and chases them towards an assured passage of being long term sufferers in the long run. One bitter, illustrated and widely apprehended idea in connection with the root cause of being affected by various life killing diseases which also regarded as the prime agenda to be implemented is doctor’s poor and personal interest related approach that is doctors very often do not give any sorts of preventive suggestion to their patients rather than treating and counting a lot of money which will, in fact, have to be diminished without any delay. Following this, it is a shameful word that government takes over the power but forgets the manifestos and continue and/or resume the same devastating corruption activities thought-out all the sectors including the health Sectors. This typical attitude must go to the box by an elected government.
With any sorts of honest approach and trying to carry into effect and pave the way for success of health sector will be welcomed by every individual in a chance there is no doubt to be considered.
Though it is, in real sense, a false prediction that preventive measures and health awareness campaign cannot bring an utmost attainment in public health, many statistical finding suggest to be more serious and practical in view of sound health ensuring by means of gazing upon the assorted type of awareness programs round the decade or country. It is worth stating that Govt. no longer cares for thinking about the Millions of crore taka being spent and transferred to neighboring country India, Thailand, Singapore etc. for treatment of millions of Bangladeshi patients.
No telling to say that in Bangladesh proper treatment has been just a day dream for the people rather doctors, health professionals are doing serious negligence in performing their professional duties resulting assorted type of irregularities and lots of live loss.
It would highly be appreciated, if we can stand against the evil deeds and misappropriation of treasure of the health sectors irrespective to political powers.
Indeed, I had better put my comment in this way that prevention activities, more particularly, should be given enough emphasis rather than spending and allotting a lot of budget in health sector and Health care services. If done so, the number of death toll will, obviously, be zero down in course of time.
Doing and implementing any such efforts must require concerted, untiring and unique steps which will certainly award us the opted and triggered point of success in health care sectors.
